Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior IT Support Analyst to provide L2 and L3 support for infrastructure within manufacturing operations.
This role involves supporting hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting in the deployment of digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide support manufacturing infrastructure, including PCs, HMIs, printers, scanners, and network devices.
· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
· Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of production-related IT infrastructure.
· Support the implementation and monitoring of factory systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), SCADA, and ERP interfaces.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal downtime and smooth IT operations.
· Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
· Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed.
· Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 0–2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
· Basic knowledge of networking, Windows OS, and hardware troubleshooting.
· Familiarity with industrial systems (MES, SCADA, PLCs) is a plus.
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
· Language Skills: Intermediate English, Intermediate Spanish (added advantage)
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools.
· Understanding cybersecurity best practices in industrial environments.
· Exposure to ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
· Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if required.
