Job Summary

Serve as a senior project manager responsible for complex delivery initiatives across a diverse technology portfolio driving predictable outcomes through rigorous delivery management portfolio planning stakeholder engagement and proactive risk control. Operate in a hybrid work model with day shifts ensuring transparent communication and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

 Drive end to end project delivery by defining scope planning milestones and managing execution to achieve agreed business outcomes within time and budget constraints

 Oversee the project portfolio by prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value resource capacity and risk to maximize overall return for the organization

 Coordinate cross functional project teams by clarifying objectives roles and timelines to ensure smooth collaboration and timely removal of delivery blockers

 Manage delivery governance by preparing status reports leading review forums and ensuring decision makers have clear visibility into progress issues and dependencies

 Monitor project financials by tracking effort burn variance and forecasts to maintain transparency and support data driven portfolio decisions

 Engage stakeholders by conducting regular touchpoints capturing expectations and aligning deliverables with evolving business priorities

 Handle complex stakeholder situations by mediating conflicting needs and negotiating realistic commitments that protect both value and delivery predictability

 Identify delivery risks early by conducting structured risk assessments and maintaining risk registers with clear mitigation and contingency actions

 Oversee issue management by driving root cause analysis agreeing corrective actions and following through until issues are fully resolved and lessons are captured

 Optimize delivery processes by applying standard frameworks and continuous improvement techniques to reduce cycle time and increase quality across the portfolio

 Coordinate change management activities by assessing impact planning communication and aligning implementation windows to minimize disruption to business operations

 Ensure compliance with organizational policies by adhering to security quality and audit requirements and by maintaining accurate and up to date project documentation

 Provide guidance to project team members by setting clear expectations modeling professional behavior and encouraging a culture of accountability and continuous learning

 Align hybrid work practices by coordinating on site and remote collaboration routines that sustain team cohesion productivity and transparent communication in day to day delivery

 Drive customer satisfaction by translating feedback into actionable improvements and by ensuring that delivered solutions are reliable scalable and aligned with user needs

Qualifications

 Possess extensive experience in delivery management enabling the candidate to manage complex multi phase initiatives with structured planning disciplined execution and measurable outcomes

 Demonstrate strong portfolio management exposure with the ability to balance demand capacity and strategic priorities while making informed trade off decisions for the organization

 Exhibit deep stakeholder management skills including communication negotiation and expectation setting tailored to senior business partners and technical teams

 Show advanced risk management capabilities including qualitative and quantitative analysis of risks and the design of clear mitigation plans that protect schedule scope and quality

 Bring a solid background of nine to twelve years in project and program environments with progressive responsibility and a track record of successful technology or transformation deliveries

 Display strong analytical and reporting abilities using project metrics to derive insights highlight trends and recommend corrective actions across the project portfolio

 Communicate with clarity in spoken and written form enabling effective collaboration across global teams and ensuring that complex status and risks are easily understood by all audiences
