About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with strong o9 expertise to design and deliver scalable, end-to-end supply chain planning solutions for digital-first enterprises. This role focuses on master planning, demand planning, analytics, and multi-echelon inventory optimization (MEIO), leveraging the o9 platform to drive smarter, data-driven business decisions.
The ideal candidate combines deep solution architecture expertise with strong project leadership, partnering closely with both business and technology stakeholders. You will lead delivery execution, manage milestones, oversee defect resolution and escalations, and ensure measurable business value through modern planning capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Planning capabilities, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Distribution Planning, Procurement Planning, and S&OP
- Own and drive o9 solution architecture, collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams
- Manage delivery execution, including milestone tracking, risk management, defect resolution, and escalations
- Ensure successful program outcomes aligned to business value realization and transformation goals
- Leverage tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and integrate with SCM platforms including Kinaxis, Anaplan, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, etc.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 9–14 years of experience in software development
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on o9 implementation experience
- 3+ years of project/program management experience

- o9 certifications

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $140,000 – $175,000, based on experience and qualifications
