Job Summary
Serve as an Infra Architect specializing in ServiceNow process optimization and IT service management to design implement and enhance enterprise scale platforms for a global organization. Apply 10 to 12 years of experience to streamline service workflows improve operational resilience and enable high quality digital services in a hybrid work model with day shift.
Responsibilities
- Design ServiceNow based infrastructure solutions that optimize IT service processes and align with enterprise standards for reliability security and scalability
- Drive end to end implementation of ServiceNow IT service management capabilities by translating business requirements into robust and maintainable configurations
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to analyze existing IT service workflows and identify opportunities for automation standardization and process simplification
- Develop detailed architecture documentation including logical models integration patterns and configuration guidelines to guide implementation teams and ensure consistent delivery
- Optimize ServiceNow performance by tuning configurations streamlining data models and refining workflows to achieve predictable response times and platform stability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and reporting structures that provide actionable insights into service quality incident trends and request fulfillment efficiency
- Guide the design of integrations between ServiceNow and adjacent enterprise systems to enable seamless data exchange unified service views and accurate reporting
- Oversee configuration reviews and quality checks to confirm that platform changes follow architectural principles compliance requirements and operational best practices
- Advise product and process owners on the use of ServiceNow features such as process optimization capabilities to reduce manual work and improve user satisfaction
- Coordinate environment strategy for development testing and production to support safe deployments controlled changes and effective problem resolution
- Support incident and problem analysis on the ServiceNow platform by reviewing logs configuration changes and integration behavior to quickly restore stable service
- Engage with domain experts in cards and payments when relevant to ensure that service workflows support regulatory expectations transaction integrity and customer confidence
- Document operational runbooks and architectural decision records so that platform operations teams can support the solution reliably across its lifecycle
Qualifications
- Apply a strong foundation of 10 to 12 years in infrastructure architecture or enterprise platform design with hands on experience delivering large scale IT service management solutions
- Demonstrate advanced competence in ServiceNow IT service management modules including incident problem change and request to support consistent and resilient service delivery
- Exhibit practical experience with ServiceNow process optimization capabilities by configuring monitoring and improving end to end workflows based on data driven insights
- Show experience working in hybrid work models and collaborating across locations using digital tools while maintaining clear communication and traceable decisions
- Display understanding of cards and payments domain concepts such as transaction lifecycles and dispute handling so that IT service processes can support business critical operations when required
- Possess strong skills in stakeholder engagement requirement clarification and documentation that enable accurate translation of needs into sustainable platform designs
- Apply sound knowledge of security compliance and governance constraints within enterprise platforms so that all architectural decisions protect data and uphold organizational policies
