Senior Technical Coordinator (m/f/d)

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Coordinator (m/f/d) to join a high-impact customer project within the pharmaceutical manufacturing domain. In this role, you will act as a key interface between technical teams and the client, ensuring seamless delivery coordination, driving agile practices, and supporting process standardization across manufacturing sites. This is a fully customer-facing position requiring strong communication, technical expertise, and domain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery coordination while acting as Scrum Master for the project
- Facilitate issue resolution and drive effective stakeholder communication
- Support change closure processes and ensure timely implementation
- Design and develop custom scripts based on business requirements
- Analyze and understand pharma manufacturing processes
- Identify common processes across multiple manufacturing sites and design Global Process Instructions (PIs)
- Validate Process Instructions (PIs) and enable QA review processes
- Create and maintain documentation related to development, validation, and process standardization
- Engage directly with the client on a daily basis, ensuring alignment and transparency
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter Pharma
- Proven expertise in the scripting module within Siemens Opcenter
- Solid knowledge of VB Script and Oracle SQL
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical validation processes including IQ, OQ, PQ, and GxP compliance
- Experience in designing Process Instructions (PIs) based on customer requirements
- Ability to identify and standardize processes across manufacturing environments
- Experience in validation of PIs and preparation of supporting documentation
What you must have to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (engineering or science related degree prefeed but not mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment
- Agile mindset with experience in Scrum methodologies
