About the Role
As a Test Manager, you will make an impact by leading end-to-end test strategy, governance, and delivery assurance across complex Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance platforms — ensuring finance integrity, reconciliation accuracy, and reporting quality at scale. You will be a valued member of the Data Testing and Assurance team and work collaboratively with your Solution Design and Test Governance Manager, alongside Delivery Managers, Architects, Data Analysts, and cross-functional project teams.
In this role, you will:
- Define and govern end-to-end test strategies and approaches for Oracle ERP, EPM, and Data/API projects, with a strong focus on finance integrity, reconciliation accuracy, and reporting assurance
- Lead and assure all test deliverables across multi-vendor programs, including test estimates, schedules, plans, defect management, and completion reporting
- Implement and continuously improve test automation using Playwright & Python with CI pipelines via Jenkins, aligned to chapter standards and guardrails
- Partner closely with external testing vendors and internal stakeholders to manage quality commitments, provide oversight, and embed testing best practices across delivery teams
- Champion a culture of test process excellence by bringing industry best practices and continuous improvement ideas into the chapter and leading teams to implement them
What you need to have to be considered:
- Strong hands-on experience as a Test Manager leading projects across Oracle EPM and ERP modules (e.g. Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance)
- Highly skilled in ETL testing, SQL, and API test processes with direct Oracle Finance EPM/ERP integration experience
- Proven experience defining and governing test automation using Playwright & Python, and building CI pipelines with Jenkins
- Strong understanding of finance processes, accounting controls, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- ISTQB Test Manager certification (or equivalent), with demonstrated experience developing test strategies across diverse and complex architectures
These will help you stand out:
- Experience with Oracle reporting platforms such as OTBI, FDI, Tableau, or Cognos
- Exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud or other corporate platforms (Risk, Legal, HR)
- Experience with version control tools such as Git, Bitbucket, or SourceTree, and database platforms including Databricks and Redshift
- Background in the banking or insurance industry, particularly in multi-vendor transformation programs
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and testing tools such as GitHub Copilot
