Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $155,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
- Design end to end architectures on Adobe Experience Platform that unify customer data and power insight driven customer journey analytics across digital channels and touchpoints for enterprise clients in a hybrid work model.
- Implement advanced configurations in Customer Journey Analytics to build meaningful cross channel views actionable dashboards and self-service insights that enable business teams to make timely and well-informed decisions.
- Configure and optimize Adobe Journey Optimizer to orchestrate real time and batch customer journeys that deliver relevant and privacy aware experiences aligned with user experience services objectives.
- Collaborate with user experience and product teams to translate customer behavior data and journey analytics into practical interaction patterns that improve usability satisfaction and overall customer value.
- Define and enforce architectural standards integration patterns and data models within Adobe Experience Platform that ensure scalability performance and maintainability for complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Guide engineering teams on ingesting transforming and activating data in Adobe Experience Platform while ensuring that tracking plans and schema designs support accurate journey analytics and experimentation.
- Conduct technical assessments and discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand current marketing and experience technology stacks and then recommend migration or enhancement paths leveraging Adobe Experience Platform capabilities.
- Partner with data governance and privacy stakeholders to implement consent aware data usage policies in Adobe Experience Platform that protect customer trust and comply with regional regulations.
- Perform solution reviews and troubleshooting for Adobe Experience Platform and connected systems to proactively identify issues that could impact customer journeys and to recommend sustainable remediation approaches.
- Document reference architectures data flow diagrams and platform usage guidelines that help delivery teams implement user experience services consistently across regions and business units.
- Mentor implementation teams on best practices for tagging event design and identity strategy so that journey analytics and journey optimization initiatives generate reliable and repeatable insights.
- Coordinate with business analysts to map key performance indicators for customer journeys and ensure that technical solutions in Adobe Experience Platform accurately capture the metrics required to measure impact.
- Support pre sales and internal innovation initiatives by framing solution options on Adobe Experience Platform that demonstrate how improved journeys and experiences can drive growth and positive outcomes for society and communities.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive hands on experience with Adobe Experience Platform including data modeling identity management segment creation and activation across marketing and experience channels.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Customer Journey Analytics configuration including dataset stitching attribution logic calculated metrics and visualization of complex user flows and funnels.
- Apply advanced skills in Adobe Journey Optimizer to design decision rules triggers and orchestration logic that enable responsive journeys tailored to customer context and preferences.
- Bring practical knowledge of user experience services including research driven design practices interaction patterns and usability considerations that are shaped by insights from journey analytics.
- Utilize solid understanding of hybrid solution delivery models and modern cloud architectures to ensure that Adobe Experience Platform implementations integrate reliably with existing enterprise systems.
- Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder management skills to explain complex architectural decisions in clear language and to align cross functional teams on solution direction.
Certifications Required
Adobe Certified Expert Adobe Experience Platform Architect or equivalent certification related to Adobe Experience Platform and journey analytics
