Senior Software Engineer (Java Fullstack + Vulnerability Remediation Automation)

Job Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune

Experience: Minimum 6+ years

Skills Required: Java, Spring Boot, Angular, ReactJS on AWS, Vulnerability Remediation Automation

Scope: Code-level remediation across SVA, DVA, SCA, and container findings

Role Summary

Senior engineer to handle the more complex, code-intensive remediation flagged by SVA (static), DVA (dynamic), SCA, and container scans across the Java/Angular/ReactJS portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

· Remediate static (SVA) and dynamic (DVA) findings requiring actual code changes - insecure patterns, broken auth, injection risks, etc.

· Build automated upgrade/refactor scripts for dependency (SCA) and container-based image vulnerabilities

· Fix CloudFormation issues flagged by Wiz IaC Scan

· Build regression-testing harnesses to validate that fixes don't break functionality

· Partner with the Automation Engineer to productionize fixes into pipelines

Required Skills/Experience

· 5+ years in Java/Spring Boot and Angular or ReactJS

· AWS experience (CloudFormation, containers)

· Experience with SAST/DAST-style remediation (SVA/DVA) and dependency upgrades

· Strong CI/CD and automated testing background

· Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar) to accelerate code fixes, dependency upgrades, and automation scripting
