About the role
As a Senior Test Analyst, you will make an impact by ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through effective test planning, automation, execution, and continuous quality improvement. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with Product Owners, Developers, Scrum teams, and business stakeholders to drive quality across the software development lifecycle. In this role, you will:
- Lead QA activities across multiple projects, including test strategy, planning, execution, reporting, and defect management.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test scripts using Robot Framework, Selenium, Playwright, and API testing tools.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are testable and adequately covered.
- Identify automation opportunities, improve testing efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior QA team members and promote quality engineering best practices across the team.
What you need to have to be considered
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Test Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools including Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, and API testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in Java and Python programming for automation development.
- Strong understanding of functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in all Scrum ceremonies.
- Experience with JIRA, GitHub, and version control best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.

- ISTQB CTFL certification.
- Experience building and maintaining custom test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices.
- Experience with web application, API, and performance testing.
- Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools.
- Previous experience mentoring or coaching QA professionals.
- Strong focus on quality metrics, continuous improvement, and testing optimization.
