Job summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep hands-on experience on the FIS Profile core banking platform to bridge business stakeholders and technology delivery teams. The ideal candidate combines strong functional knowledge of retail and commercial banking operations with practical Profile configuration and integration expertise and can translate complex business needs into clear implementable requirements across core banking deposits lending payments and regulatory domains.
Responsibilities
Lead requirements elicitation analysis and documentation for initiatives on the FIS Profile core banking platform producing BRDs FRDs user stories and acceptance criteria.
Configure and validate Profile parameters across deposit and lending products working with technical teams on Profiles account transaction and product setup structures.
Analyze and document business processes for Core Banking Deposits and Certificates of Deposit (CDs) including interest calculation accruals maturity and statement cycles.
Define functional requirements for Loans and Loan Syndication covering origination servicing participant accounting and repayment schedules.
Support Cards (Credit/Debit) workflows and their integration with the core including authorization posting and reconciliation flows.
Map ACH and payment-framework requirements including file formats settlement returns and exception handling and their interfaces to Profile.
Translate US Tax requirements ( 1099/1098 reporting withholding backup withholding) into system rules and reporting specifications.
Ensure solutions comply with applicable Financial Regulations partnering with compliance and risk teams on controls and audit requirements.
Facilitate workshops lead UAT triage defects and serve as the functional liaison between business development and QA throughout the delivery lifecycle.
