Qualifications:
• Possess extensive hands on experience of +7 years in Java application development with strong expertise in object oriented design collections concurrency and error handling.
• Demonstrate deep proficiency in Spring Boot including auto configuration actuator based monitoring externalized configuration and building production ready microservices.
• Show strong command of Spring MVC for developing robust web applications and RESTful services that handle high transaction volumes in payer workflows.

Responsibilities
• Architect end to end payer domain solutions using Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC that align with enterprise standards and deliver measurable business value for healthcare clients.
• Design modular microservices based architectures that support high availability scalability and maintainability for payer claims processing eligibility enrollment and billing platforms.
• Analyze complex payer business requirements and convert them into detailed technical designs integration patterns and data flows that are optimized for performance and security.
• Guide teams on best practices for Spring Boot based service development including configuration dependency management error handling logging and observability to ensure operational excellence.
• Optimize application performance through profiling query tuning caching strategies and efficient use of Spring frameworks to meet strict payer service level expectations.
• Define and govern API standards and contract specifications for internal and external system integrations across provider member and third party partner systems in the payer ecosystem.
• Ensure architecture designs comply with healthcare regulations data privacy expectations and security controls to protect sensitive member and claim information at every interaction point.
• Collaborate extensively with product owners business analysts and engineering teams in a hybrid work environment to refine requirements and validate technical feasibility early in the lifecycle.
• Review code configuration and deployment pipelines to verify adherence to architectural guidelines and to identify continuous improvement opportunities in quality and reliability.
