About the role:
As a Senior Consulting Manager, OCM Training Lead, you will make an impact by helping enterprise clients drive successful business and technology transformations through effective change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategies. You will be a valued member of the Transformation Management Consulting practice and work collaboratively with client leaders, consulting partners, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support adoption and business outcomes.

In this role, you will:
• Lead change management and training workstreams for complex business and technology transformation programs, including change roadmaps, key milestones, success measures, and adoption metrics.
• Design and deliver end-to-end training strategies, curricula, structured training content, and capability-building plans to support user adoption and organizational readiness.
• Partner with client communications stakeholders to develop communication governance, audience mapping, channel strategies, key messages, and 30-60-90-day communication plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder and leadership meetings, track action items, report risks and issues, and support mitigation planning across change, communications, and training deliverables.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, strategic initiatives, service offerings, and practice development while coaching and mentoring consulting teams.

Work model:
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring three days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, or Querétaro, Mexico. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various wellbeing programs. The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. This may change based on the project you’re engaged in, as well as business and client requirements. Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.

What you need to have to be considered:
• Ideally 10+ years of management consulting experience, including at least four years of digital technology team lead experience in a business or technical consultative capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Communications, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple project plans for a single client and drive transformation initiatives successfully.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical initiatives, coordinating workstreams across multiple teams, and working within onsite/offshore delivery models.
• Experience designing training strategies, curricula, structured outlines, and quality deliverables, including technical training for AI adoption or complex technical solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with large, global teams to gather requirements, drive process change, and develop clear technical documentation.
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide consultants and cross-functional teams toward shared client outcomes.
• Ability to work with enterprise-level clients and manage through complex business environments.

These will help you stand out:
• MBA or postgraduate diploma degree.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; gamification experience is a plus.
• Relevant domain, industry, or product certifications across areas such as banking, communications, media and technology, healthcare, life sciences, technology modernization, or enterprise process.
• Experience with program quality frameworks, methods, and tools such as Six Sigma.
• Personal leadership style aligned with creating conditions for teams to thrive, working as one, using data to build knowledge, and doing the right thing the right way.
