• Design and deliver end-to-end training strategies, curricula, structured training content, and capability-building plans to support user adoption and organizational readiness.
• Partner with client communications stakeholders to develop communication governance, audience mapping, channel strategies, key messages, and 30-60-90-day communication plans.
• Facilitate stakeholder and leadership meetings, track action items, report risks and issues, and support mitigation planning across change, communications, and training deliverables.
• Contribute to business development, proposals, strategic initiatives, service offerings, and practice development while coaching and mentoring consulting teams.

• Relevant domain, industry, or product certifications across areas such as banking, communications, media and technology, healthcare, life sciences, technology modernization, or enterprise process.
• Experience with program quality frameworks, methods, and tools such as Six Sigma.
• Personal leadership style aligned with creating conditions for teams to thrive, working as one, using data to build knowledge, and doing the right thing the right way.
