We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Engineer who combines strong platform governance expertise with hands-on development skills and enjoys working in complex, fast-paced environments.
What You’ll Do
· Manage and oversee Power Platform environments, ensuring security, compliance, and optimal performance
· Administer and maintain connectors, data flows, and integrations
· Design and develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
· Integrate solutions with Copilot capabilities and other Microsoft services
· Troubleshoot and optimize workflows, automations, and applications
· Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
· Drive best practices, standardisation, and platform adoption
What You Bring
· Experience in a Power Platform environment
· Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize workflows and platform performance
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Fluent English
· Located in Poland
Agile Experience
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
· Comfortable working in dynamic projects with evolving requirements
Nice to Have
· Background in large-scale digital transformation projects
