ServiceNow QA Analyst
About the role
As a ServiceNow QA Analyst, you will make an impact by ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of ServiceNow solutions throughout the software development lifecycle. You will be a valued member of the Quality Assurance team and work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, project stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects while ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with project teams.
- Review requirements and system specifications to ensure complete test coverage and alignment with client expectations.
- Validate user interfaces, workflows, and integrations to ensure consistency, usability, and functionality.
- Apply Agile testing practices and contribute to continuous improvements in quality assurance processes.
Additional responsibilities for QA Analyst
- Lead quality assurance activities across complex projects with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and quality concerns throughout the development lifecycle.
- Partner with stakeholders to recommend testing strategies and quality improvements.
- Support the development and refinement of QA standards, processes, and best practices.
Work model

What you need to have to be considered
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
- Experience creating and executing test cases, test plans, and defect management processes.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and sprint-based delivery environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
QA Analyst
- 2 to 6 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Proven ability to work independently across multiple projects or complex engagements.
- Experience identifying testing risks and driving quality initiatives proactively.
These will help you stand out
- Experience testing ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Scrum or Agile-related certifications.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience testing web and mobile applications.
