Job Summary

This role is for a senior developer specializing in modern Python3 solutions contributing to scalable and secure applications for an international organization. The candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver robust software that supports business growth and creates meaningful impact for customers and broader society.


Responsibilities

  • Design high quality Python3 applications that solve complex business problems while aligning with enterprise architecture standards and long term technology strategy.
  • Develop reliable and maintainable backend services using Python3 that ensure smooth data processing and efficient integration with internal and external systems.
  • Implement robust application components that emphasize clean code practices strong modular design and optimal performance in hybrid working environments.
  • Optimize Python3 code and related data workflows to reduce latency improve throughput and support applications that scale to meet evolving organizational demands.
  • Collaborate with product owners and cross functional partners to translate detailed requirements into well designed Python3 features that support clear business outcomes.
  • Review peer code in Python3 and related technologies to maintain consistency reinforce quality standards and strengthen the overall technical health of shared code bases.
  • Create automated unit and integration tests for Python3 services that improve reliability reduce defects and support smooth deployment cycles in day shift operations.
  • Coordinate with cloud and infrastructure teams to ensure Python3 applications are deployed securely configured correctly and monitored effectively for continuous stability.
  • Document application designs Python3 modules and system interactions in a concise manner that supports knowledge transfer onboarding and long term maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot complex defects in Python3 applications by performing root cause analysis and delivering sustainable fixes that prevent recurrence and improve user experience.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide clear progress updates on Python3 deliverables while gathering feedback to enhance solution usability and business value.
  • Contribute to improvement of development processes by suggesting practical enhancements to coding standards testing practices and deployment pipelines for Python3 solutions.
  • Align daily development activities with the company purpose by building Python3 features that promote efficiency responsible data usage and positive societal impact.


Qualifications

  • Bring strong hands on experience in Python3 development including use of core libraries and patterns suited for enterprise grade applications.
  • Demonstrate ability to work with common Python frameworks and tools that support web services data processing or automation in complex environments.
  • Possess solid understanding of object oriented programming concepts software design fundamentals and clean coding practices applied consistently in Python3 work.
  • Show practical experience with testing frameworks and version control tools that improve reliability traceability and collaborative development for Python3 projects.
  • Exhibit familiarity with hybrid work models and modern collaboration platforms that support effective teamwork without requiring frequent travel.
  • Display awareness of secure coding principles error handling strategies and performance optimization techniques particularly relevant for Python3 systems.
  • Value continuous learning by staying updated on Python3 ecosystem advancements and related technologies that strengthen the organization technology capabilities.


Certifications Required

Preferred certifications include Python Institute PCEP or PCAP or equivalent recognized Python3 credential.
