About the Role
As a Consulting Manager – Change Management, AI, you will make an impact by leading enterprise AI adoption and organizational change initiatives focused on Microsoft Copilot and related AI technologies.
In This Role, You Will
Lead AI adoption and organizational change initiatives for Microsoft Copilot and related enterprise AI programs.
Conduct AI readiness assessments and develop actionable adoption roadmaps.
Design and deliver Copilot and AI adoption training curricula.
Develop learning assets, enablement materials, and user adoption programs.
Define and track AI adoption KPIs, success metrics, and value realization outcomes.
Facilitate workshops, decision-making sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
Create communication strategies that promote AI awareness and responsible usage.
Work Model
This is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States.
What You Must Have to Be Considered
Enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or change management experience.
Experience leading AI adoption, Microsoft 365 transformation, or Copilot enablement programs.
Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci.
Experience designing training and user enablement programs.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Prosci certification or equivalent.
Microsoft AI-900 certification.
Experience building champion communities.
Multi-geo deployment experience.
Power BI adoption analytics experience.
