Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior IT Operations Analyst to provide operational support and administration for Tenzai and key cybersecurity platforms within the Security Operations ecosystem. This role is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise security tools, including endpoint protection, vulnerability management, micro-segmentation, and data loss prevention solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong security operations experience, a solid understanding of SOC processes, and the ability to collaborate across infrastructure, security, and support teams to ensure stable and secure platform operations.

In this role, you will:
· Provide day-to-day operational support for the Tenzai platform, ensuring system availability, performance, and issue resolution.
· Monitor platform health, security events, alerts, and operational metrics across cybersecurity tools and integrated services.
· Investigate and troubleshoot incidents, service disruptions, platform issues, and security-related operational challenges.
· Support endpoint security operations, including administration and monitoring of CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender environments.
· Manage and maintain Guardicore micro-segmentation policies, configurations, and operational activities.
· Administer Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions, including policy management, alert monitoring, and incident support.
· Support Qualys vulnerability management processes, including scan monitoring, reporting, remediation tracking, and compliance activities.
· Collaborate with SOC, infrastructure, cloud, network, and security teams to resolve operational issues and strengthen security controls.
· Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures for supported platforms.
· Utilize ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, escalations, and operational workflows while ensuring adherence to service-level objectives.
What you need to have to be considered
· 6–8 years of experience in IT Operations, Security Operations, Cybersecurity Support, or related technical roles.
· Hands-on experience supporting security platforms such as Tenzai, CrowdStrike Falcon, Qualys, Guardicore, and enterprise DLP solutions.
· Strong understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC) processes, incident management, alert triage, and operational support models.
· Experience with endpoint security technologies, threat monitoring, and security incident response workflows.
· Familiarity with vulnerability management processes and security assessment tools, particularly Qualys.
· Experience with micro-segmentation technologies such as Guardicore and network security operations.
· Working knowledge of ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management activities.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Professional certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or related cybersecurity certifications are preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[105,500 - 124,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
