Senior Business Process Consultant
About the role
As a Senior Business Process Consultant, you will make an impact by helping clients optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate transformation initiatives through industry best practices and ServiceNow solutions. You will be a valued member of the Services team and work collaboratively with clients, delivery teams, process owners, technical consultants, and business development stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Lead process assessment, design, and optimization initiatives for clients across diverse industries.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements to support solution design and implementation.
- Develop process maturity roadmaps and recommendations that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, demos, and advisory sessions to align business objectives with ServiceNow capabilities.
- Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design, estimations, proposals, and client presentations.

What you need to have to be considered
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or process transformation initiatives.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Business Process for Implementation certification.
- ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification.
- Experience gathering requirements, leading stakeholder discussions, and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
- Strong understanding of process design, process governance, continuous improvement methodologies, and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and client-facing consulting skills.
These will help you stand out
- CPDE (Certified Process Design Engineer) or equivalent certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
- Six Sigma certification and experience with Lean process methodologies.
- Agile or Scrum experience.
- Change management expertise, including Prosci certification.
- TOGAF certification or enterprise architecture exposure.
- Experience creating process maps, wireframes, user journeys, and business process documentation using tools such as Visio.
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities using Microsoft Excel and other reporting solutions.
