Senior Consultant - OpenText Documentum
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant - OpenText Documentum to lead enterprise content management (ECM) initiatives, including platform modernization, cloud transformation, and content migration programs. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in OpenText Documentum technologies and experience delivering scalable, secure, and business-driven ECM solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead the design, implementation, upgrade, and modernization of OpenText Documentum solutions while ensuring alignment with business and enterprise architecture requirements.
· Manage and support Documentum platform components, including Content Server, D2, xPlore, CTS, REST Services, workflows, lifecycles, security models, and repository configurations.
· Drive cloud transformation initiatives through the deployment and management of Documentum solutions on Microsoft Azure, including containerized and Kubernetes-based environments.
· Lead content migration programs, including repository assessment, migration planning, execution, validation, reconciliation, and production cutover activities.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and application teams to gather requirements, facilitate design workshops, and deliver scalable ECM solutions.
· Design and implement integrations between Documentum and enterprise applications using REST APIs, DFC, Azure services, and other integration technologies.
· Manage project delivery activities, including effort estimation, risk mitigation, status reporting, testing coordination, deployment, and post-production support.
· Mentor technical teams, conduct design and code reviews, establish best practices, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
· 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), including 7+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Documentum.
· Strong expertise in Documentum Content Server, D2, xPlore, CTS, REST Services, DFC, and repository administration.
· Experience implementing Documentum workflows, lifecycles, security models, ACLs, and business process solutions.
· Proven experience leading Documentum upgrade, migration, and modernization initiatives, including large-scale content migration projects.
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
· Strong experience integrating Documentum with enterprise applications using REST APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
· Experience working with distributed teams and delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience within Healthcare, Life Sciences, Insurance, or other regulated industries.
· Knowledge of OTDS, Single Sign-On (SSO), Azure Entra ID, and enterprise security frameworks.
· Experience with OpenText Documentum 23.x/25.x platforms and cloud-native architectures.
· Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305) and/or OpenText Documentum certifications.
· Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary range for this role is $81,000 – $140,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
This position is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
