About the role
As a TIBCO Integration Lead, you will make an impact by owning the architecture, design, optimization, and production reliability of a complex enterprise integration landscape. You will be a valued member of the integration and application delivery team and work collaboratively with business leaders, cross-functional technology teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
In this role, you will
Own the end-to-end system architecture across in-scope applications, integrations, middleware, infrastructure, servers, and databases.
Design architect-level solutions for new requirements and enhancements, balancing scalability, security, compliance, and platform optimization.
Lead the design and troubleshooting of complex integrations from source applications through middleware to target systems, including APIs and managed file transfers.
Drive vendor relationships and cross-party technical discussions, aligning multiple stakeholders and moving issues toward fast, clear decisions and closure.
Resolve production integration issues under pressure, identify root causes, strengthen error handling and reconciliation, and proactively propose sustainable solutions.
What you need to have to be considered
Deep hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5 and 6 and Enterprise Message Service, or equivalent enterprise middleware.
Strong API integration and API management expertise, including REST, SOAP, authentication patterns, governance, and secure connectivity.
Experience with AWS and with enterprise environments that connect applications, middleware, servers, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Strong experience with MOVEit or comparable managed file transfer platforms, including SFTP, FTPS, AS2, scheduling, error handling, and reconciliation.
Proven technical leadership, production support, root-cause analysis, stakeholder communication, vendor management, and accountability for taking issues through closure.
These will help you stand out
Solid knowledge of SAP integration touchpoints, including IDocs, BAPIs, interfaces, and middleware connectivity.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations and Partner Relationship Management, including REST and Bulk APIs, platform events, and inbound and outbound data flows.
Experience in a regulated enterprise environment such as GxP, life sciences, healthcare, supply chain, or warehouse operations, with validation and change-control awareness.
Experience owning vendor-managed application landscapes and coordinating delivery across multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.
Ability to move fluidly between deep technical detail and executive-level summaries while leading technical discussions to clear outcomes.
