Deskside Support Engineer / Field Service Engineer
About the role
As a Deskside Support Engineer / Field Service Engineer, you will make an impact by delivering onsite and remote technical support that enables a seamless end-user experience across workplace technologies. You will be a valued member of the IT support team, working closely with end users, infrastructure teams, and technology stakeholders to maintain, manage, and support enterprise devices, collaboration tools, and workplace services.
In this role, you will:
• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, mobile devices, and workplace technologies through onsite and remote channels.
• Support employee onboarding activities, including device provisioning, account setup, software installation, and access configuration.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot endpoints and mobile devices using enterprise management platforms such as Intune, Jamf, and SCCM.
• Support printers, conference room technologies, audio/video equipment, and collaboration devices to ensure business continuity.
• Manage IT assets, maintain CMDB accuracy, document support activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and service requests.

We believe onsite collaboration plays an essential role in delivering exceptional support services and fostering strong partnerships with our clients. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring daily presence in a client office in São Paulo, SP.

What you need to have to be considered
• Experience in Deskside Support, Field Services, End User Computing (EUC), or similar technical support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral devices in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
• Experience with endpoint management platforms such as SCCM and Intune.
• Understanding of device imaging and deployment technologies, including PXE Boot and Intune Autopilot.
• Experience supporting printers, collaboration devices, and conference room technologies.
• Familiarity with IT Asset Management processes and CMDB management practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced English communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or equivalent technical certifications.
• Experience working within ITIL-based service management environments.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise IT support environments.
• Exposure to workplace transformation initiatives and modern endpoint management practices.
