HR Service Delivery & Moveworks Lead
About the role
As an HR Service Delivery & Moveworks Lead, you will make an impact by leading Cognizant’s HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Moveworks capability across North America. As a member of the Center of Excellence (CoE), you will collaborate with delivery teams, customers, and Academy partners to support complex implementations, resolve technical escalations, and build reusable solutions and advisory relationships across accounts. You will dedicate at least 60% of your capacity to billable delivery activities and up to 40% to core CoE responsibilities.
In this role, you will:
· Provide architecture-level support for complex HRSD implementations, including multi-department case management, Moveworks search and agentic integrations, and HRSD–IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
· Partner with delivery teams to triage and resolve priority-one and priority-two (P1/P2) HRSD and Moveworks technical escalations within agreed service-level agreements.
· Own the HRSD and Moveworks roadmap and represent it in quarterly customer roadmap reviews; lead solution architecture for complex requests for proposals (RFPs) and establish delivery standards and quality assurance gates.
· Build and maintain the HRSD accelerator catalog with GDN support, including the Q4 FY26 common workflow accelerator pack, to create reusable solutions across accounts.
· Partner with the Academy to deliver HRSD and Moveworks upskilling cohorts for delivery associates, prioritizing training based on capability ratings.
