Job Summary
The Engagement Delivery Lead focuses on orchestrating business relationship management structured project management and disciplined financial governance for auto verification and validation programs. The candidate will drive end to end delivery excellence ensuring high quality outcomes stakeholder satisfaction and optimized use of resources while operating primarily in day shifts with occasional travel and effective communication in English across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive integrated delivery of auto verification and validation programs by coordinating scope schedule quality and resources to ensure predictable outcomes for global stakeholders
- Lead engagement planning by defining objectives delivery milestones risk posture and success metrics that align with organizational strategy and client expectations
- Oversee business relationship management activities by nurturing transparent communication channels and fostering long term trust with internal and external partners
- Manage project execution using structured project management practices that cover initiation planning execution monitoring and closure to maintain control over complex engagements
- Ensure financial governance by tracking budgets forecasts and actuals while identifying variances and implementing corrective actions that protect profitability and compliance
- Coordinate hybrid work practices by balancing remote and onsite collaboration ensuring that teams maintain productivity accountability and effective communication across locations
- Guide cross functional teams in auto verification and validation initiatives by clarifying requirements prioritizing tasks and resolving delivery blockers to maintain momentum
- Monitor quality of verification and validation deliverables by enforcing standards reviewing results and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability and safety
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews by preparing concise progress updates risk assessments and decision inputs that enable timely and informed actions by sponsors and governance bodies
- Optimize resource utilization by aligning skills effort and timelines to engagement needs reducing waste and improving throughput across concurrent projects
- Coordinate day shift operations and occasional travel schedules to ensure effective onsite engagement with clients and partners when required by project demands
- Drive adherence to organizational policies and compliance frameworks in financial management data handling and project delivery across all aspects of the engagement lifecycle
- Promote knowledge sharing and process refinement by capturing lessons learned in auto verification and validation activities and integrating them into standard operating practices

- Demonstrate strong business relationship management capabilities by cultivating collaborative partnerships negotiating expectations and sustaining stakeholder confidence throughout each engagement
- Apply advanced project management expertise by using structured methodologies detailed planning techniques and proactive risk management to deliver projects within agreed constraints
- Exhibit sound financial governance skills by managing budgets monitoring cost baselines and generating accurate financial reports that support ethical and efficient use of resources
- Bring hands on experience in auto verification and validation processes by understanding test strategies validation protocols and quality criteria that are critical to domain outcomes
- Utilize excellent English reading writing and speaking abilities to compose clear documentation lead meetings and communicate complex delivery topics to diverse global audiences
- Leverage hybrid work experience by effectively coordinating remote and onsite collaboration using digital tools and disciplined communication practices to maintain alignment among teams
Certifications Required
Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional PMP and Certified Business Relationship Manager CBRM or equivalent delivery management credentials
