Role Summary
We are looking for a Campaign Project Coordinator to support North Asia markets by managing coordination work across Business Units (BU), external agencies, and internal content teams. The role ensures campaign readiness prior to execution on JPRO and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Coordination & Intake
- Take campaign briefs from Business Units (BU) and ensure all required inputs are complete and clear
- Act as the single point of coordination before execution teams take over
2. Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with external design/content agencies
- Liaise with JPRO content team and other internal stakeholders
- Facilitate alignment across North Asia markets (e.g., Japan, China)
3. Project & Workflow Management
- Create and manage JIRA tickets for campaigns and related tasks
- Track campaign progress, dependencies, and timelines
- Ensure timely updates and communication across stakeholders
4. Campaign Readiness & Validation
- Coordinate setup of approved email communications
- Coordinate SFMC journey setup
- Perform UAT on JPRO content and email journeys
- Ensure all required approvals are obtained before execution
5. Cross-Platform Coordination
- Manage coordination across JPRO content platform, SFMC journeys, and email workflows
- Ensure smooth handover to execution team once readiness is achieved
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, campaign operations, or marketing operations
- Strong experience in JIRA (task creation, tracking, reporting)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple parallel campaigns and stakeholders
- Experience in UAT coordination and validation
Good to Have
- Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar campaign tools
- Understanding of email marketing workflows and campaign lifecycle
- Exposure to content platforms such as JPRO
- Mandarin language skills
