Job Description
Serves as a senior functional lead and trusted advisor for Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud transformation engagements. Leads end-to-end solution design and delivery across procurement, planning, manufacturing, inventory, order management, and logistics. Guides complex, multi-workstream implementations from requirements through deployment while ensuring alignment with enterprise operating models and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
Design and configure Oracle Procurement and Supply Chain Planning Cloud solutions, including demand management, supply planning, production scheduling, and sales and operations planning
Lead end-to-end functional architecture across Oracle SCM Cloud modules including procurement, inventory, costing, order management, manufacturing, planning, and logistics
Own functional design documentation including business requirements, functional designs, solution designs, and process design documents
Lead implementation delivery across all phases including requirements, conference room pilots, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support
Configure Oracle SCM Cloud modules and maintain configuration workbooks with version control across environments
Manage data migration for SCM master and transactional data including items, bills of material, inventory, purchasing, sales orders, and suppliers
Oversee reports, integrations, conversions, extensions, and workflows in collaboration with technical teams to ensure functional alignment
Design enterprise and supply chain structures aligned with client operating models and governance requirements
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, user acceptance testing, and process walkthroughs with business and finance teams
Manage scope, risks, issues, and change requests for the SCM workstream and communicate status to program leadership
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related discipline
Preferred: Master’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or operations management
Extensive experience with Oracle ERP Cloud implementations focused on Supply Chain Management modules
Strong functional expertise in procurement, sourcing, inventory, costing, manufacturing, planning, and logistics processes
Experience designing supply chain enterprise structures and multi-country rollouts
Knowledge of supply chain data migration and conversion strategies
Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) reporting for supply chain KPIs
Ability to engage executive stakeholders and act as a trusted supply chain advisor
Strong workshop facilitation, requirements elicitation, and communication skills
Leadership capability in cross-functional program delivery and change management
Preferred exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BI Publisher (BIP) reporting
Professional supply chain certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD are desirable
