About the role
As a Sales Agent, you will make an impact by creating the best possible customer experience over the phone, supporting customers across all levels of technical skill, and actively driving the growth and optimization of client accounts within the Digital Ads product space. You will be a valued member of the Sales team and work collaboratively with customers, teammates, and internal stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced operation.
In this role, you will
- Manage a portfolio of accounts using prioritization and segmentation tools to focus outreach on the most valuable customers, while being mindful of regional needs and time zones.
- Deliver professional customer support by actively listening, identifying underlying business needs, and guiding customers toward recommended solutions and product adoption.
- Implement an effective product sequencing strategy, pitching products and solutions in the most impactful order tailored to each customer's specific needs.
- Follow up on and analyze pitched tasks to review success rates, proactively contacting customers to reinforce adoption or recover accounts where expected outcomes did not occur.
- Plan and organize your daily calendar to align with sales objectives, adhere to processes and workflows for regulatory compliance, and accurately document every customer interaction.
Work model

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. What you need to have to be considered
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, phone support, and/or sales environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly instructions and persuasive narratives.
- Proven ability to manage customer skepticism through effective objection handling and negotiation to drive product adoption and close sales.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to maximize focus on the most valuable accounts and activities.
- High level of proactivity, independence, and autonomy to manage an account portfolio and follow up without constant supervision.

- Intermediate level of English (written and reading comprehension).
- Ability to grasp business objectives and translate technical solutions into clear value propositions.
- Foundational knowledge or the ability to quickly analyze marketing objectives to align product recommendations strategically.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong rapport and trust with customers quickly.
- High adaptability to shifting priorities and the ability to solve undocumented issues using critical thinking and analytical skills.
