Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee the implementation and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high-quality solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to drive successful outcomes in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee project scope budget and timelines to ensure successful completion within defined parameters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for CRM solutions.

- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues enhancing system functionality.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM demonstrating proficiency in system configuration and customization.
- Have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
