- Configure and optimize Jira boards for diverse product delivery squads to create clear visualization of work in progress prioritization queues and sprint health metrics thereby enabling efficient tracking of defects enhancements and operational tasks across functional domains.
- Implement and manage defect tracking processes in Jira to ensure consistent issue capture categorization assignment and resolution while integrating quality controls that reduce production incidents and improve customer satisfaction outcomes.
- Maintain advanced Jira administration activities including custom fields screens workflows permission schemes notifications and automation rules that support evolving project structures and complex reporting needs for senior stakeholders.
