About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Workday Adaptive Planning team, responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting planning and budgeting solutions. This role ensures seamless financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across diverse business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning models for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Configure and support Adaptive Planning integrations with Workday Financials and external systems.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Business teams to gather requirements and deliver planning solutions.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing models.
- Ensure compliance with financial data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Document planning processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Skills & Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (model building, reporting, dashboards).
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
