Role Overview - 10 - 14 Years
This role supports the Solutions team by responding to client requests (RFIs and RFPs) and helping develop solutions and proposals for banking clients with Fin crime solutioning experience. The position is based in India and requires strong communication, banking process understanding, and solid skills using PowerPoint and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret client RFxs (Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal etc.).
- Understand client requirements and ensure clear interpretation for solution building.
- Support the creation of solution documents and proposals for the company.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and solution pitches as needed.
- Prepare clear, well-structured presentations and documents using PowerPoint and Excel.
Core Requirements:
- 10 to 14 years exp in BPO BFSI domain
- Experience, Fin crime solutions and in banking operations (retail, commercial, or investment banking).
- Experience working with RFI/RFP processes and proposal creation.
- Proven ability to understand client needs and build effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork skills, comfortable working across different functions.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
