Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of SDM-IOA Delivery with expertise in the Life and Annuity domain. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 13 years of experience and will work from our office during night shifts. This role does not require travel and focuses on delivering exceptional service in the Life and Annuities Insurance sector.


Responsibilities

§ Experience in US Insurance industry space is mandatory

§ Strong client management, leadership, people management & communication skills

§ Familiarity with project management practices & processes

§ Exposure to process modelling techniques is essential

§ Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt trained or certified

§ Intermediate to advanced skills in word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation applications

§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

§ Has a positive customer-focused outlook

§ Strong collaborative skills

§ Inspires others to deliver service excellence

§ Strong interpersonal skills

Required

§ In depth Knowledge of Life & Annuity Insurance back office transaction processing and have worked in a similar capacity (Policy Admin Services, Disbursement and Claims)

§ In-depth understanding of annuity structures, retirement income strategies, and compliance regulations

§ Strong analytical and research skills to assess and resolve discrepancies.

§ Ability to clearly communicate complex information in both verbal and written formats.

§ Experience with mainframe computer systems or proficiency in PC applications such as MS Word, Outlook, and other business software.

§ High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and accuracy in documentation review.

§ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications Required
