Responsibilities
- As a Software Engineer Manager at Cognizant TriZetto you will lead cross functional teams to analyze design build test and support TriZetto applications that solve complex business needs for Life Sciences clients. Youll partner with Product Design Business and Systems Analysis Quality Assurance and Customer Support to shape roadmaps estimate and plan releases and ensure reliable compliant delivery. You will guide engineering practices end to en requirements through production operationsdriving code quality CI/CD performance and secure by default standards. Drawing on your background in Java/Spring and modern web frameworks you ll oversee API first services and integrations and steward clean maintainable front end experiences. The role includes stewardship of content management solutions on Alfresco: leading teams that configure ACS features (content structures permissions) streamline workflows enhance Share/ADW user experiences and integrate with external enterprise systems. Experience operating in AWS (for scalable compute storage and monitoring) and adopting event driven patterns for downstream notifications is valuable. Qualifications 8 to 10 years delivering enterprise software with proven leadership of agile teams. Experience with RESTful services microservices automated testing and release management. Familiarity with databases and search containerization and cloud pipelines. Strong problem solving communication and stakeholder management. Life Sciences domain exposure is a plus.
