1. Job Title : Systems Engineer 2. Job Summary : We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. Candidate should have expertise in Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese languages. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Incident Management Service Desk and Service Now with a strong understanding of Windows systems. This role involves managing and resolving technical issues efficiently ensuring seamless IT operations and contributing to the overall success of our IT services. 3. Experience : 1 - 5 years 4. Responsibilities : - Candidate with expertise on Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese languages - Manage and resolve incidents promptly to ensure minimal disruption to IT services. - Oversee the service desk operations providing high-quality support to end-users. - Utilize Service Now to track and manage incidents ensuring accurate documentation. - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. - Provide technical support for Windows systems ensuring optimal performance. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system integrity. - Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices. - Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues. - Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct user training sessions. - Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and challenges. - Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. -Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of Incident Management processes and tools. - Demonstrate proficiency in using Service Now for incident tracking and management. - Have experience in providing technical support for Windows systems. - Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment. - Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. 9.
