Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 8 to 10 years of experience in Manual Accessibility Testing Test Maturity Models TypeScript JavaScript and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for software projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee manual accessibility testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement and manage Test Maturity Models to enhance testing processes.
  • Utilize TypeScript and JavaScript to develop and execute test scripts.
  • Analyze test metrics and reporting to identify areas for improvement.
  • Employ various testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing activities.
  • Conduct manual end-to-end business process assurance to validate system functionality.
  • Perform mainframe testing to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals.
  • Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Ensure testing activities align with the Property & Casualty Insurance domain requirements.
  • Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Manual Accessibility Testing and Test Maturity Models.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript for test development.
  • Have a solid understanding of test metrics and reporting techniques.
  • Experience with various testing tools and frameworks is essential.
  • Knowledge of manual end-to-end business process assurance is required.
  • Mainframe testing experience is a must.
  • Familiarity with the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is mandatory.


Certifications Required

ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC)
