Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the development of the Automation software and hardware to ensure alignment with various New Product introduction schedules to enable equipment FAT’s, on- site SAT’s, commissioning and validation of the process systems to meet projects schedules
- Supporting the client’s Commissioning Qualification and Validation (CQV) Teams in Shakedown and Verification of the DeltaV Software
- Designing, coding and testing DeltaV software changes identified during Commissioning
- Working closely together with the other Automation Engineers to ensure deliverables are ready in time for the different milestones throughout the New Product Introduction projects.
- Working closely together with the other Automation Engineers to ensure the defined standards are followed consistently in the project and the library modules are used as intended.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5 years + DeltaV experience, with previous site.
- Experience designing and programming control systems with emphasis on DeltaV DCS.
- S88 batch process control within the (Bio)Pharma sector.
- Generation of Functional specification Design and Test Specifications for Recipes Phase Sequences Equipment Modules Control Modules customized logic and HMI Graphics based on customer User Requirement Specification (URS).
- Configuration and Testing of Recipes Phases Equipment Modules Control Logic and Interlock Scheme based on Design and Test Specifications.
- Lead teams of Engineers and manage the Project Resources Scheduling Task assignments Client interaction co-ordination amongst different vendors co-ordination between front office team and remote engineering office teams.
- Batch Process upgrading on DeltaV platform for Pharmaceutical clients.- Interact with customer for Reviewing Design Specifications and Test Specifications.
- Lead teams for Installation Qualification and operational Qualification (SAT) at client site.
- Involvement for Site Commissioning activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced project.
- Experience with PLC, HMI, and SCADA an advantage.
- Knowledge of process instrumentation an advantage.
