Job Summary
The Sr. Test Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our healthcare systems focusing on EDI standards and Facets modules such as Claims and Billing. With a hybrid work model and day shifts the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and contribute to the companys mission of improving healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive testing of EDI standards to ensure seamless data exchange and integration.
- Analyze and validate Facets Claims processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Evaluate Facets Billing systems to ensure timely and correct billing operations.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases for various healthcare applications.
- Provide detailed documentation of test results and suggest improvements.
- Utilize domain knowledge in Program Management to streamline testing processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align testing objectives with business goals.
- Monitor and report on testing progress and outcomes to project managers.
- Implement best practices in testing methodologies to improve overall quality assurance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency.
- Support the deployment of tested applications into production environments.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in EDI standards and Facets modules including Claims and Billing.
- Demonstrate proficiency in testing methodologies and quality assurance practices.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have experience in Program Management to support project coordination.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display strong communication skills to facilitate stakeholder interactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
