Job Summary

The GM-IOA Delivery role is pivotal in overseeing and optimizing financial operations within the organization. With a focus on Finance-Record to Report Finance and Operations Order to Cash and Procure to Pay the candidate will ensure seamless financial processes. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in finance aiming to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the companys growth.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and management of Finance-Record to Report processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Lead the integration of Finance and Operations systems specifically MSD365 F&O to streamline business operations.
  • Manage the Order to Cash process to optimize revenue collection and improve cash flow.
  • Coordinate the Procure to Pay cycle to enhance procurement efficiency and supplier relationships.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial operations with overall business strategy.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards to maintain organizational compliance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations and reduce costs.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide detailed analysis to support decision-making.
  • Facilitate training and development for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize domain expertise in Record to Report-Accounting and Order to Cash-Accounts Receivable to drive process excellence.
  • Apply knowledge in Order to Cash-Order Management and Procure to Pay-Procurement to optimize workflows.
  • Support the Accounts Payable process to ensure timely and accurate payments.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Finance-Record to Report Finance and Operations Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MSD365 F&O and related financial systems.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Have a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Show capability in managing complex financial processes and systems.
  • Display excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Hold a track record of successful process improvements in financial operations.


Certifications Required

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification in finance.
