Seeking accomplished and strategic Enterprise Payment System Transformation Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of multi-year multi-service-line program for modernizing core payment platforms and infrastructure
Responsibilities
Seeking accomplished and strategic Enterprise Payment System Transformation Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of multi-year multi-service-line program for modernizing core payment platforms and infrastructure
Lead transformation proposal responses drive the solution involving multiple service-lines handle resourcing proposal presentations etc.
Own end-to-end delivery of assigned Enterprise Payment Transformation Program ensuring alignment with strategic business goals (e.g. real-time payments ISO 20022 migration Wire / SWIFT system modernization card processor migration etc.).
Conduct detailed Current State Assessments and Gap Analysis of existing legacy payment systems proposing practical and phased migration strategies.
Estimate payments transformation program phases and design roles required
Collaborate closely with business leaders Product Owners Engineering Teams and Cyber Security to ensure solutions deliver maximum business value and adhere to technology standards
Define the Program Charter roadmap scope budget and governance structure necessary for program success
Oversee and manage multiple interdependent projects and project managers within the program providing clear direction and prioritization
Manage the overall program budget (CapEx and OpEx) tracking actual spend against forecasts and ensuring financial discipline
Serve as the primary liaison between Executive Sponsors Technology Leads (e.g. Enterprise Architects) Business Unit leaders and Operations teams
At least 7+ years of transformation lead role focused on large-scale payments platforms in the Financial Services industry
Deep knowledge of the payment lifecycle and different payment schemes (e.g. Cards ACH Wire SWIFT Instant Payments/RTP ISO 20022).
Proven hands-on experience in leading and delivering complex multi-year payments transformation programs.
Experience in running development programs for establishing payment schemes and rails processing
Proven experience managing programs involving modern architecture (e.g. Microservices Cloud adoption API integration) and system replacement/decommissioning.
Expert command of portfolio and project management tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps MS Project) and methodologies (Agile/Scrum Waterfall Hybrid).
