Job Summary

The BD Associate Director will play a pivotal role in driving business development initiatives focusing on stakeholder management and leveraging agile methodologies. With expertise in MS Power BI and Oracle technologies the candidate will enhance project outcomes and contribute to the companys growth in the Cards & Payments domain. This hybrid role requires strategic thinking and technical proficiency to deliver impactful solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Cards & Payments domain.
  • Oversee project stakeholder management to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Provide expertise in agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
  • Utilize MS Power BI to analyze data and generate insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Implement Oracle PL/SQL solutions to optimize database performance and functionality.
  • Conduct testing on Oracle E-Business Suite to ensure system reliability and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical solutions with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate project success.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all project activities.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.
  • Support the team in resolving technical challenges and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering solutions that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in project stakeholder management ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in agile methodologies enabling flexible and responsive project execution.
  • Have advanced skills in MS Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
  • Show expertise in Oracle PL/SQL for efficient database management and optimization.
  • Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite testing to ensure system integrity and performance.
  • Familiarity with the Cards & Payments domain is advantageous for understanding industry-specific challenges.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities effectively.
