Job Summary:
We are currently seeking meticulous Process Executives and Senior Process Executives to contribute to our Generative AI initiatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting rigorous Evaluations to verify the accuracy, completeness, and contextual relevance of AI-generated content pertaining to Business Points of Interest (POIs). This role is instrumental in maintaining the delivery of High-Quality Data Inputs for the project.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Comprehensive Web Research: Conduct exhaustive research utilizing authorized resources and external digital platforms to validate business information, including hours of operation and geographical precision
➢ Data Annotation: Perform high-fidelity data annotation by adhering to rigorous protocols to ensure that automated system outputs maintain contextual relevance and factual integrity
➢ Compliance and Policy Implementation: Utilize advanced interpretative skills to analyze complex regulatory frameworks and promptly integrate procedural updates or technical nuances
➢ Performance Standards: Consistently achieve established daily productivity and accuracy benchmarks while ensuring uniform application of moderation policies
➢ Linguistic Mastery: Nuance detection with context to grammar and culture along with skills for documentation
➢ Cognitive and Analytical Prowess: Meticulous with attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns

➢ Research & Navigation: Exceptional ability to navigate websites to validate information; familiar with verifying digital data against physical location realities.
➢ Interpretation & Comprehension: Strong capability to comprehend summaries, understand user intent, and interpret complex data guidelines.
➢ Analytical Thinking & Decision Making: Ability to make sound decisions on ambiguous cases and categorize claims accurately.
➢ Flexibility: Ability to switch between different evaluation types and grasp process nuances quickly.
➢ Adaptive Learning: The operator should have the ability to work in a dynamic environment with rapid tool assimilation.
Operational Requirements:
➢ Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in a 24x5 environment and working from the office.
➢ Content Sensitivity: Must be comfortable handling explicit and extremely sensitive content if required.
Candidate Qualifications & Experience:
➢ Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Journalism,Mass communications
➢ Total Experience: 12–24 months of relevant experience in content moderation or data processing
➢ Desirable Maps Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience specifically in Maps processes (POI verification, business listings).
