Responsibilities : - Lead the design and deployment of BY Supply Chain Planning solutions to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. - Oversee the analysis of supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative environment for problem-solving and innovation. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements. - Drive the development and execution of project plans ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high levels of reliability and efficiency. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain planning processes with other business functions. - Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and best practices to support ongoing operations. - Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in supply chain planning. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities and ensure effective use of supply chain planning tools. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all aspects of supply chain planning and execution. - Provide regular updates and reports to management on project progress challenges and outcomes. - Contribute to the companys strategic goals by driving improvements in supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications - - Possess a strong background in BY Supply Chain Planning with proven experience in system implementation and optimization. - Demonstrate expertise in OrdertoCash AccountsReceivable processes enhancing the integration of supply chain solutions. - Hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in technical roles with a focus on supply chain planning and management. - Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams in a dynamic hybrid work environment. - Display effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly. - Have a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving innovation in supply chain processes. 9.
