Shift: Rotational (Hybrid 3 days - work from office)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to understand their technical needs and ensure team readiness to manage upcoming changes and/or technologies
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Lead, mentor, and develop teams of infrastructure professionals
  • Build a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, collaboration, and capability
  • Responsible and accountable for teams deliverables based on 50+ KPI, as part of managing network infrastructure built using 10,000+ Configuration items (CI’s)

Infrastructure Operations and Optimization

· Oversee the management and performance of Network solutions, together with managing cloud platforms and related systems to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.

· Actively manage the network operations centerʼs day-to-day activities, ensuring we proactively and timely respond and Oversee resolution to incidents and perform RCA.

· Enhance overall operational deliverables and ensure timely communication with stakeholders

· Implement automation, standardization, and monitoring solutions to increase operational efficiency

Budgeting and Performance Management

· Develop and manage annual budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for all infrastructure functions.

· Ensure resources are optimized to meet business and operational priorities.

· Establish KPIs for measuring team performance, set clear objectives, and publish results to drive accountability and growth

Customer and Stakeholder Engagement

· Leverage strong relationships with internal customers and external partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business needs.

· Communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization to ensure transparency, alignment, and operational efficiency. Risk, Security, and Compliance

· Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and disaster recovery standards across all infrastructure environments.

· Proactively address risks and lead mitigation efforts to protect business continuity and operational stability

Technical Areas of Focus

· Network technologies, including LAN, WAN, wireless, and secure remote access.

· Strong knowledge of IP networking (BGP, OSPF, MPLS), WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, and network security fundamentals.

· Data center infrastructure, both on-premises and co-located environments.

· AWS/Azure cloud networking experience is beneficial

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in global support or service delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role exhibiting negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience building, leading, and optimizing a 24x7 global NOC, Support or Service Delivery team. Manage shift planning, team performance, career development, and technical skill-building.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Nexus, ACI, Arista, or equivalent technologies. Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools (Cisco Thousand eyes, Splunk, NetBrain, Tufin, Bluecat, Netscout Arbor portal, Riverbed NetIM, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a highly process oriented organization focusing on efficiency and customer satisfaction. Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in implementing change at the team and organizational level in a matrixed environment
  • Proven critical thinking, analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CCNP, or cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar is a plus

Familiarity with observability and monitoring platforms for proactive performance management.
