Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Specialist where you will play a crucial role in managing first notice of loss processes. With a hybrid work model and night shifts you will leverage your expertise in MS Office to ensure efficient policy servicing. Responsibilities
- Manage and process first notice of loss claims with precision and attention to detail
- Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless policy servicing operations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates
- Analyze data to identify trends and improve service delivery
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and clients
- Assist in developing strategies to optimize policy servicing workflows
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive improvements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team
- Engage in training sessions to stay updated on industry developments
- Contribute to a positive team environment and foster collaboration. Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to perform daily tasks efficiently
- Exhibit strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with clients and colleagues
- Possess knowledge of first notice of loss processes to manage claims effectively
- Show ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model
- Display attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle complex situations
