About the role
As an IT AV Support Technician, you will make an impact by ensuring high‑quality AV performance, seamless conferencing experiences, and timely support for executive‑level meetings. You will be a valued member of the FS Team, working closely with on‑site technicians and cross‑functional partners to deliver reliable, professional AV services.
In this role, you will:
- Provide day‑to‑day AV (audio/visual) conferencing support for executive conference rooms.
- Remotely troubleshoot AV issues by coordinating with on‑site technicians and other support teams.
- Support Zoom and Microsoft Teams conferencing environments to ensure reliable meeting performance.
- Assist in identifying and documenting improvements to AV support processes.
- Contribute to smooth AV setups for events, meetings, and business‑critical sessions.
Work model

What you need to have to be considered
- Proven experience with AV tools and conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Minimum 2 years of Mac OSX experience in an enterprise environment, including OS installations.
- Solid understanding of both Mac and Windows systems, including the latest technologies and hardware.
- Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (VPN, routing, ports, TCP/IP, network analysis tools).
- Ability to troubleshoot AV and conferencing issues efficiently in real time.
These will help you stand out
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of PC & macOS hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with developing and documenting process improvements for AV or IT workflows.
- Hands‑on support experience for events, video conferencing, and audio/visual setups.
