With your expertise in English communication and hi-tech domain knowledge you will ensure seamless support and resolution of queries. Responsibilities : - Provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. - Utilize your hi-tech domain expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems ensuring minimal disruption to operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide comprehensive solutions to complex queries. - Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions contributing to the continuous improvement of helpdesk processes. - Communicate effectively in English ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions with stakeholders. - Monitor and prioritize helpdesk tickets ensuring timely responses and resolutions to meet service level agreements. - Assist in the development and implementation of helpdesk policies and procedures to enhance service delivery. - Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns. - Provide training and guidance to new team members sharing best practices and knowledge to enhance team performance. - Analyze helpdesk data to identify trends and areas for improvement contributing to strategic decision-making. - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving helpdesk operations and customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all helpdesk activities. - Support the companys mission by delivering high-quality service that enhances customer experience and satisfaction. Qualifications - - Demonstrate proficiency in English communication both written and verbal to effectively interact with stakeholders. - Possess a strong understanding of hi-tech domain concepts and applications to provide accurate support. - Exhibit problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment contributing to shared goals and objectives. - Display attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and documentation. - Demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to learn new technologies and processes. - Possess a customer-focused mindset ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and positive experiences. 9.
