The Chief Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization. With a focus on delivery management and portfolio & project management the candidate will ensure seamless integration of systems and processes. Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of complex systems to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the implementation of delivery management strategies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance in portfolio and project management to optimize resource allocation and project prioritization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across the organization.
- Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies that can be leveraged to improve business processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all architectural endeavors.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
- Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support ongoing and future projects.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology solutions to ensure they meet organizational needs.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges in project delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the technology team.
- Advocate for sustainable and scalable technology solutions that contribute to long-term business success.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in delivery management showcasing a track record of successful project completions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in portfolio and project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have a strong understanding of architectural principles and best practices in technology development.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
- Display strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field with relevant certifications in project management.
Certifications Required
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) TOGAF Certified
