Job summary

The Chief Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization. With a focus on delivery management and portfolio & project management the candidate will ensure seamless integration of systems and processes. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and efficiency in day-to-day operations impacting both the company and society positively.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and development of complex systems to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of delivery management strategies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance in portfolio and project management to optimize resource allocation and project prioritization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across the organization.
  • Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies that can be leveraged to improve business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all architectural endeavors.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation to support ongoing and future projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology solutions to ensure they meet organizational needs.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges in project delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the technology team.
  • Advocate for sustainable and scalable technology solutions that contribute to long-term business success.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Qualifications
  • Possess extensive experience in delivery management showcasing a track record of successful project completions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in portfolio and project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have a strong understanding of architectural principles and best practices in technology development.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
  • Display strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field with relevant certifications in project management.


Certifications Required

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) TOGAF Certified
