Required:

• Proficiency in Veeva Platform and Veeva configuration, Apex, Visualforce, LWC and MCCP
• Hands-on experience with OwnBackup & OwnBackup Archiver .

Responsibilities:
1. L2/L3 Application Support
o Triage and resolve incidents across Veeva CRM web and mobile (sync failures, call report errors, signature capture issues, data visibility, offline caching).
o Handle configuration-related tickets (profiles/permissions, page layouts, territory changes, MCCP updates, activity types, product restrictions).
o Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and provide permanent fixes, workarounds, and knowledge base articles.
2. Configuration & Minor Customizations
o Implement configuration changes (fields, record types, validation rules, workflows/Flows, approval processes).
o Maintain and optimize existing Apex triggers/classes and LWC components ensuring compatibility with Veeva packages and upgrade paths.
o Support CLM content enablement (metadata updates, content availability, rendition checks) and engage with brand teams as needed.
3. Data & Integration Operations
o Execute secure data loads/updates (Data Loader/Workbench) with audit trails (Accounts/Contacts, activities, product catalogs, MCCP targets).
o Monitor and support integrations (e.g., MDM, ERP, marketing automation, consent capture) and scheduled jobs; remediate failures and reprocess queues.
4. Veeva Mobile & Field Enablement
o Support iPad/mobile deployments, app version rollouts, sync troubleshooting, and field user onboarding.
o Track adoption/performance and resolve edge cases impacting reps’ daily workflows.
5. Release & Environment Management
o Coordinate UAT, smoke testing, and deployments (change sets/DevOps pipelines) with attention to Veeva managed package dependencies.
o Maintain sandbox hygiene (refreshes, selective seeding) and align configuration across environments.
6. Backup, Archival & Compliance
o Operate OwnBackup for scheduled backups, run comparisons, and perform point-in-time restores.
o Manage OwnBackup Archiver jobs and retention policies; produce compliance and audit reports.
o Enforce data governance, access controls, and privacy guidelines.
7. Monitoring, Incident & Problem Management
o Monitor system performance, job logs, sync status, and error dashboards.
o Manage problem records for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
8. Documentation & SOPs
o Maintain configuration catalogs, support runbooks, SOPs, and deployment checklists.
o Create and update user guides and admin playbooks for common processes.
9. Stakeholder Communication
o Provide clear ticket updates and RCA summaries; collaborate with business owners, brand teams, field users, and global IT.
o Participate in daily standups, handovers, and release readiness meetings.
10. Coverage & On-Call
o Provide India business-hours coverage with flexibility for early/late shifts to support global releases and priority incidents.
o Participate in on-call rotation for high-severity incidents and cutover events.
