About the role
As a SAP GRC Security & Authorizations (S&A) Consultant, you will make an impact by supporting end-to-end SAP GRC implementations and rollouts that enhance security, compliance, and risk mitigation across enterprise systems. You will be a valued member of the project delivery team, collaborating with senior consultants and business stakeholders to ensure secure and compliant system access.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in SAP GRC Access Control and Security implementations and rollouts.
- Assist in gathering business requirements and configuring GRC S&A processes.
- Support role design, user provisioning, and authorization management.
- Contribute to workshops, training sessions, documentation efforts, and user support.
Execute unit, integration, and UAT testing, help resolve defects, and provide post–go-live support and continuous improvements.
Work model
This is a hybrid position requiring regular onsite presence (2–3 days per week) in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible and support a healthy work-life balance through our wellbeing programs. What you need to have to be considered
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC Access Control and Security implementations.
- Strong knowledge of GRC components including Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management, Role Management, and User Provisioning.
- Experience with SAP authorization concepts, role design, and compliance frameworks.
- Participation in at least 1–2 full-cycle SAP GRC implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
These will help you stand out
- Experience in S/4HANA environments.
- Background in regulated industries such as pharma, banking, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
